About the event
Join us for an upcoming songwriting workshop hosted by NYC-based recording artist and producer, WETLAVABOII. This session is open to women, trans, and queer creatives who are eager to explore their storytelling power through lyrics, melody, and collaboration.
Participants will actively contribute to both the songwriting and production processes during the session. Additionally, you'll have the chance to step into the booth and record your verses for the collaborative song we create together.
WETLAVABOII will guide participants in exploring themes such as power, dynamics, pleasure, and identity, drawing on their signature blend of hip-hop, R&B, reggaeton, and raw, vulnerable lyricism. Come vibe, create, and find your SND.
This songwriting workshop is donation-based, and all contributions will be passed forward to support mutual aid efforts that uplift our local queer and trans community. It's about creating together and giving back together.
