This CONVERSE N GAB focuses on the power of writing as a tool for mental wellness. From journaling and poetry to storytelling, Diara will lead an engaging conversation about how creative self-expression can help us process emotions, build resilience, and find joy.
If you're looking for new ways to connect with yourself, this intimate event provides a safe space to listen, learn, and perhaps even share.
